Your day with Team Carden:
- Respond promptly and professionally to event enquiries (corporate, private, weddings, and special occasions)
- Prepare function sheets with accuracy and attention to detail
- Conduct site visits and assist with show rounds for prospective clients
- Maximise sales through upselling
- Liaise closely with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM and sales systems
- Uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional service at every client touchpoint
Enjoy a full-time role of 40 hours per week, on a 12 months Fixed Term Contract which will include being on the weekends rota as cover from the team is provided 7 days a week. Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods. However, there is regular free transport provided from Wrexham Town Centre to the Hotel.

- Highly organised with strong administrative and time-management skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
