We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Clubhouse Bar Shift Leader to support the Clubhouse Supervisor and Bar Manager in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the bar, leading by example to ensure smooth operations, high service standards, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for opening and closing the bar, ensuring procedures are followed and standards are maintained.
- Provide excellent service to all members and guests, handling requests with care and professionalism.
- Support the Supervisor and Bar Manager by encouraging upselling within the team and assisting in managing operating costs.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Set up and maintain food and beverage service areas to the highest standards.
- Lead and motivate team members during shifts to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Assist in setting up and supervising events and functions held at the clubhouse.

- Previous experience in a similar bar or hospitality role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, lead, and motivate a team.
- A proactive and positive approach to work, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Good knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
