Required Experience
- Microsoft Operating Systems (desktop and server 2012 – 2019)
- Office 365 (licensing, setup, migration)
- VMware ESXi/VCentre Server
- Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- VPNs, router and firewalls
- Networking – WAN, LAN, security, SSL, IP routing, switching
- Anti-virus platforms such as Trend Micro
- Backup solutions (Veeam Backup and Replication, Datto)
What To Expect

- On-site IT services to London clients between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, five days per week
- Work from home when client visits are not required, assisting with IT support 8.5 hours per day, plus either a half hour or one hour break (if one hour is chosen, breaks can be split)
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and two days taken at Christmas; additionally, birthdays off (up to a total of 27 days)
