  • What you'll be doing

As a Sales Advisor, you'll speak with business owners across the UK to understand their payment and funding requirements.

You'll recommend solutions that help their businesses grow while building long lasting customer relationships.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Making outbound calls to business owners using warm and cold leads.
  • Promoting Card Saver's payment solutions, card terminals and Merchant Cash Advance products.
  • Understanding customers' current payment arrangements and identifying opportunities to save money or secure funding.
  • Qualifying customers and completing applications accurately.
  • Explaining products clearly and confidently while overcoming objections.
  • Following up with customers throughout the sales journey.
  • Managing your own sales pipeline using Hub Spot.
  • Working towards daily activity targets and monthly sales goals.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • What a typical day looks like
  • Attend the morning sales meeting and review your pipeline.
  • Speak with business owners about their payment and funding needs.
  • Qualify opportunities and present suitable solutions.
  • Progress applications and follow up on existing opportunities.
  • Keep customer records updated in Hub Spot.
  • Receive coaching, product training and ongoing support.
  • Celebrate successes through team incentives and competitions.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking to people, is motivated by targets and takes pride in delivering great customer service.

You'll ideally have

  • Previous experience in a target driven sales environment (experience in outbound or telesales is preferred, although other target driven sales experience will be considered.)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence handling objections and closing sales.
  • A positive attitude with the drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
