Are you passionate about creating brilliant in-store experiences that inspire customers and drive commercial success? We’re looking for a Space and Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the way in bringing our brand to life across our retail estate. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how our products are presented, support key commercial priorities and make a real impact on the customer journey. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days working on site at our Wakefield Support Centre.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the space strategy across all categories, using customer insight, analytics and performance data to optimise sales density, customer flow and operational efficiency ensuring the implementation of floor plans, category space allocation, and macro and micro planograms.
  • Lead the development of space planning and visual merchandising rules and strategies across categories, campaigns, seasonal launches and promotions.
  • Turning commercial plans, brand priorities and customer insight into clear store layouts, planograms and displays.
  • Using sales data and insight to optimise product visibility, customer flow and space performance.
  • Setting and maintaining merchandising principles and visual standards to support consistent execution in store.
  • Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Buying, Store Operations and wider teams to deliver activity on time and to a high standard.
  • Lead, coach and develop the team, creating the right conditions to deliver merchandising objectives, support continuous improvement and contribute to projects, tests and trials that respond to changing business needs.
