At cardfactory, we're continuing to invest in our technology and data capabilities, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Data & Analytics Manager to help shape the future of data across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the development of our enterprise Data & Analytics capability, driving a modern data strategy that enables better decision making, stronger governance and increased use of data across the organisation.
Working closely with Technology and business leaders, you'll play a key role in transforming data into trusted, accessible and actionable insights that support the continued growth of cardfactory. Based at our Support Centre in Wakefield, this role offers hybrid working with 2-3 days per week in the office.
What you'll be doing
- You'll play a key role in developing and evolving cardfactory's enterprise Data & Analytics roadmap, ensuring our data platform, reporting capabilities and analytics solutions support business priorities and strategic objectives.
- Working closely with stakeholders across Technology, the Transformation Office and senior leadership teams, you'll help shape how data is used to improve decision making and business performance.
- The role will involve leading the development of scalable, governed and reusable data products, whilst establishing best practice across data modelling, governance, quality, security and analytics.
- You'll work across SAP Business Data Cloud technologies, including Datasphere, Databricks and Analytics Cloud, to ensure the business has access to trusted data and meaningful insights.
- You'll provide leadership to internal teams and delivery partners across data, engineering and analytics disciplines, helping to build a high-performing function capable of delivering long-term value.
- You'll also play a key role in engaging senior stakeholders, prioritising demand, translating complex requirements and ensuring investments in data and analytics deliver measurable business outcomes.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience leading enterprise Data & Analytics teams within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong experience developing and delivering data strategies, roadmaps and analytics capabilities that drive business value.
- Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Databricks, SAP Analytics Cloud or similar enterprise data platforms.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data modelling, data quality and self-service analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
