We have a new and exciting opportunity! Join us as a Commercial Finance Analyst, supporting our IT and Transformation teams. Your role is pivotal in analysing financial performance, generating insightful management information for informed decision-making and contributing to setting ambitious yet achievable business plans to fulfil our goals. Please note, this is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in our Wakefield office.
What you’ll do
- Deliver clear financial insight and support decision-making across the business.
- Produce P&L reviews and provide analysis to senior stakeholders, including ad-hoc executive requests.
- Support investment decisions through business case and capex analysis.
- Produce monthly KPI reporting with clear performance commentary.
- Ensure the accuracy of key retail metrics, own data for forecasting and modelling, and support budgeting cycles while improving financial models to enhance insight.
- Analyse costs, identify efficiency opportunities, and maintain finance tools and processes.
- Deliver high-quality ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions.
