As part of our expansion plans, we have opened a collection of new stores within Central London. To support us in helping our customers celebrate their own life moments, we are now looking for a Team Leader to join our successful Card Factory family in Central London.

Role Responsibility

With a focus on customer experience and operational excellence, our Team Leaders play a key role in driving the success of our stores. As a Team Leader, you will support your Store Manager in achieving their goals to deliver commercial growth and develop a team culture centered on putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. You will lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager and ensure high standards and exceptional service every day.
