We are passionate about celebrating our customers’ life moments and are now looking for a Team Leader to join our successful Card Factory family to help fulfil this. With a focus on customer experience and operational excellence, our Team Leaders play a key role in driving the success of our stores. As a Team Leader, you will support your Store Manager in achieving goals related to commercial growth and developing a team culture centred on exceptional customer service. You will lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring high standards and outstanding service every day.
