We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join Cardfactory. This role involves partnering with members of the Executive and Senior Leadership teams in Finance, Property, Business Development, and Digital. The focus is on defining and developing strategic people plans to enhance employee and organisational effectiveness, while championing the people agenda and fostering a culture of exceptional leadership. The successful candidate will build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders, embedding themselves in their business areas through expertise, insight, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Executives and leadership teams to design and implement people plans supporting business goals and driving organisational performance.
- Deliver a strategic Business Partner approach through collaboration and a high support, high challenge approach to leadership teams.
- Embed talent management initiatives, including succession planning and performance management, fostering a culture of robust conversations around objectives and performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to navigate international expansion from a people perspective, applying OD expertise to support global strategies.
- Identify opportunities to align HR practices across markets, collaborating with the broader HR team to define and implement aligned plans.
- Provide expertise in organisational design to ensure scalable, sustainable structures aligned with the enterprise target operating model.
- Support and lead change management initiatives, fostering a culture of learning and adaptability.
- Partner and collaborate with the wider People function to build scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions based on insights and feedback.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous international HR Business Partnering experience, supporting international teams or working outside the UK.
- Significant experience in business partnering at Director/Exec Board level in a corporate environment, ideally retail.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership.
- Ability to collaborate broadly within the People function to create effective solutions.
- Experience or exposure to Mergers and Acquisitions is desirable.
- Experience working at pace, managing both immediate requests and strategic projects.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritise, and work independently.
- Commitment to personal development; coaching qualification is desirable.
