We’re excited to be building a brand‑new Resource & Optimisation team at cardfactory and we’re looking for a Retail Labour Planning Analyst who is a curious, analytical thinker, eager to question the norm and help shape how we use data to support our retail workforce planning. Joining a small, close‑knit team where your ideas genuinely matter, this is a brilliant opportunity to influence how the function operates, bring fresh thinking, and make a tangible impact on the way we work. Based at our Support Centre in Wakefield, this is a hybrid role (2–3 days a week on site) that gives you the opportunity to make a real impact across our stores.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role centres on managing, analysing, and interpreting workforce data to help drive accuracy, clarity, and smart decision‑making across our retail operations. It involves extracting and manipulating data, maintaining a high standard of accuracy, producing clear and actionable reporting, and identifying patterns or anomalies that need attention. There’s a strong focus on supporting forecasting activity, partnering with operational teams, resolving data‑related issues, and challenging existing processes to make them better.
