We’re looking for a talented Mid-Weight Designer to join our Customer Marketing team on a 6-month fixed term basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life across digital, print, social and campaign materials, while working closely with a collaborative creative team. In this role, you’ll help shape engaging, high-quality design work and support the delivery of creative projects from concept through to final output. You’ll also support the Senior Designers and, when large projects need extra resource, provide additional support to the Artworkers. If you’re confident managing multiple briefs and love great design, we’d love to hear from you.
Please note, this is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in our Wakefield office.
What we’re looking for:
- A strong background in creative design, ideally within a retail or brand‑led environment, with a portfolio that showcases your work.
- Solid experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- A great eye for layout, typography and visual storytelling, with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence working from a brief, asking the right questions and communicating progress clearly.
- The ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- Experience creating work across a range of channels, including digital, print and campaign materials.
- A collaborative approach and confidence working with colleagues and stakeholders to get the best outcome.
