Ready to take your account management skills to the next level? Are you a commercially savvy, relationship-driven Key Accounts Manager ready to join our brilliant Business Development team? If you love working with big-name partners, thrive on data and strategy, and understand how to lead a team to success, this could be your next big move.
This is a hybrid role, with 2–3 days a week based at our Wakefield office, conveniently located just off Junction 41.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead a small team and manage a portfolio of wholesale, franchise, and consignment accounts across the UK and internationally. You’ll own the commercial strategy and P&L for your accounts, making smart decisions that drive growth for both Card Factory and our partners. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external retail partners to analyse performance, identify opportunities, and expand our product ranges. From joint business planning to quarterly reviews, you’ll be the expert on your accounts—always looking for ways to improve, innovate, and deliver results.
