Responsibilities
- The day-to-day role includes supporting the Store Manager, keeping the team motivated, and ensuring every customer leaves with what they came in for (and a smile).
- When the Store Manager is away, you’ll step up and keep things running smoothly with confidence and care.
- Lead the day-to-day running of the store—creating great customer experiences and driving commercial success.
- Lead by example, demonstrating what great service looks like and bringing the Card Factory Way to life.
- Help others grow while continuing to build your own skills.
