We're looking for a commercially minded CRM, Retention & Loyalty Lead to drive customer engagement, retention and lifetime value.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead the CRM and Loyalty strategy, delivering activity that increases customer retention, frequency and lifetime value across the customer lifecycle.

You'll oversee CRM campaigns and automated journeys across email, push notifications and other owned channels, ensuring communications are personalised, relevant and effective.

Working closely with Marketing, Data and Tech teams, you'll use customer insights to improve targeting, engagement and performance.

You'll own and develop the Funky VIPs loyalty programme and referral scheme, helping to grow customer loyalty and advocacy.

You'll also drive CRM performance through testing, optimisation and reporting, while leading and developing a high-performing CRM team.

What We're Looking For

Significant CRM and email marketing experience within a D2C or e Commerce business, with a proven track record of improving customer retention, engagement and lifetime value.

Strong expertise in email marketing, audience segmentation, automation, digital tracking and CRM platforms such as Bloomreach, Adobe Campaign or similar.

Experience developing and delivering commercially focused CRM and loyalty strategies.

A data-driven approach, with the ability to turn insights into actions and measurable results.

Strong understanding of GDPR, PECR and customer consent best practices.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.

Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
