We’re looking for a friendly and upbeat Team Leader to bring energy and positivity to our store. You will support the Store Manager, motivate the team, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. When the Store Manager is absent, you will step in and keep operations running smoothly.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- You’ll play a key role in the daily running of the store, creating great customer experiences and driving commercial success.
- You’ll lead by example, demonstrate excellent service, and bring the Card Factory Way to life.
