We are currently recruiting for a Stock Forecast Planner to join our card manufacturing site, Printcraft, in Baildon to work in our online team. Printcraft manufactures the group’s UK greetings cards, wrap and POS for stores. It is a forward-thinking business with state-of-the-art equipment operating a large site 24/7, producing around ¼ billion items per annum. This opportunity is available on a 12 month fixed term contract.
What you’ll do:
- You’ll manage weekly replenishment orders for Card, Non‑Card and seasonal stock for Cardfactory Online, including third‑party supplier items.
- You’ll bring together reports on stock levels, movements and sales, and keep stock trackers updated in Excel.
- You’ll also create new SKUs in AX and SAGE, receipting stock for finance and providing month‑end stock reservation updates.
- Working closely with the online sales team and the distribution centres to stay aligned on ordering, you’ll support the Stock Control Manager with stock reconciliations and the reports needed to keep everything accurate.
What Skills you’ll need:
- Good Understanding Of Stock Management – Previous Experience Preferred
- Computer literacy – ability to understand and generate reports
- Previous experience of using SAGE and or AX
- Ability to work to tight deadlines to ensure the correct volumes of stocks are held to support the business and reflect the seasonal demands.
