At Card Factory, we're looking for a commercially minded Senior Executive - CRM Campaigns to help deliver engaging, personalised customer communications across our email and app channels. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Digital team and play a key role in shaping how we engage with millions of customers throughout the year.

Working closely with teams across Marketing, Commercial, Trading and Data, you'll help deliver best-in-class CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement, support key trading periods and contribute to wider business objectives. Based at our Support Centre in Wakefield, this role offers hybrid working with 2-3 days per week in the office.

What you'll be doing

  • You'll be responsible for planning, building, deploying and optimising email and app campaigns that engage customers and support business performance.
  • Working across key trading events and seasonal campaigns, you'll develop customer communications that are relevant, engaging and aligned to wider marketing objectives.
  • The role will involve managing the end-to-end CRM campaign process, from planning and briefing through to build, testing, deployment and reporting.
  • Using Adobe Journey Optimiser and Customer Journey Analytics tools, you'll deliver personalised customer experiences, leveraging segmentation, dynamic content and testing to maximise performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify new opportunities, analyse campaign performance and implement testing plans that enhance customer engagement.
  • You'll also support the development of customer segmentation and lifecycle strategies, helping to grow our contactable customer base and improve customer retention.

What we're looking for

  • Experience delivering email marketing or CRM campaigns within a fast-paced ecommerce, retail or digital environment.
  • Experience using Adobe Journey Optimiser, Customer Journey Analytics or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an understanding of the technical set-up of email campaigns.
  • Experience creating, building and optimising customer communications using segmentation, personalisation and testing.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and insights to optimise campaign performance.
