The Role
As Registered Manager, You Will:
- Have full responsibility for the day‐to‐day running of the home
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance with Ofsted
- Lead, mentor and inspire a dedicated care team
- Play an active role in new referrals, recruitment and placement decisions
- Build strong relationships with external professionals, families and stakeholders
- Champion a nurturing environment that enables children to feel safe, understood, and able to thrive
- Drive our wider organisational and growth goals through strong leadership and innovation
This is a hands‐on role where your decisions, leadership and vision will have a direct and lasting impact on children's lives.
Who We Are Looking For
You will be a confident, compassionate and experienced leader with:
- Previous registration with Ofsted
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
- At least 2 years management experience in children's residential services (within the last 5 years)
- At least 2 years experience supervising and managing staff
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence and relationship‐building skills
- A calm, reflective and resilient approach
- A full UK driving licence
- A genuine passion for helping children achieve better futures
