About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Work Preparation Lead to join a major UK infrastructure project. This permanent position offers the opportunity to work on one of the country’s most high-profile developments within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure readiness of documentation, materials, and logistics for piping installation activities.
  • Act as the interface between design teams, client, and on-site construction teams.
  • Manage creation and acceptance of Construction Work Packs (CWPs).
  • Support site managers and lead on health and safety culture.

Requirements

  • HNC/HND or degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in construction/installation environments, ideally in nuclear, oil & gas, or petrochemicals.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • SC clearance and right to work in the UK.
