VAN DRIVER

Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Van Driver to work for a leading Specialised Industrial Service Provider based in Haydock.

ROLE: Van Driver

PAY RATE: £12.26/hour, circa £25,500 per annum

JOB TYPE: Temp to Perm

LOCATION: Haydock (WA11)

HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:00, 8 hours per day.

The Role

  • Daily van checks (training and checklist provided)
  • Loading of goods
  • Management of stock paperwork
  • Completing deliveries and collections to locations required
  • Manual handling to load/unload deliveries/collections
  • Tying down secure loads

The Successful Candidate

  • Previous delivery driving experience in a professional capacity essential.
  • UK full active clean driving license essential (up to 3 points acceptable).
  • Able to secure loads and follow health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Able to meet physical demands of the role.
  • Good customer service skills utilizing a personable approach, good attitude and representing.
