Our client is a specialist manufacturer of inflatable rescue, recovery, and survival systems, and they’re looking for a Welding/Machine Operative to join their production team.
- Operating hot air and hot knife welding equipment on technical textiles
- Ensuring surfaces are clean, fitted, and ready for welding
- Contributing to the build of high-quality, safety-critical products
Initial Training Phase: Your first 6–8 weeks will see you working on a key project, stripping down returned shelters ready for service and refurbishment. This is a great way to understand the products, materials, and construction techniques before moving into the welding and assembly side of the role.
Experience in manufacturing/assembly is beneficial (but not essential)
