We're seeking a Lead FEM Engineer to join our Wing FEM and Digital Analysis (1AWIA) team. If you're passionate about ensuring robust FEM data solutions and validation throughout the modification and certification process for commercial aircraft, this role could be the perfect fit.

In this role, you'll be pivotal in delivering FEM analysis of wing-related issues. Your day-to-day will be diverse: conducting studies, investigations, risk assessments, analyses, and modifications to support in-service occurrences, repairs, plant and FAL issues, design modifications, developmental designs, and much more. You'll ensure a rational approach and delivery commitment to meet work requests based on engineering priorities while maintaining design integrity.

Key Deliverables:

  • Timely release of internal loads data and supporting documentation for wing component stress analysis.
  • Approval of linear FEM reports.
  • Support for in-service repairs and occurrences to keep the fleet flying.
  • Knowledge capture and lessons learnt.
