An established engineering organisation is seeking a hands-on Build Supervisor to lead the assembly and wiring of complex special-purpose machinery involving mechanical, electrical, and laser technologies.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise daily build operations to meet quality and delivery targets.
- Wire and mechanically assemble bespoke machinery using schematics and 3D CAD models.
- Install pneumatic/electrical routing and conduct electrical testing.
- Coordinate materials, resources, and build documentation.
- Mentor and support build technicians while driving continuous improvement.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve build-related challenges.
- Occasional international travel for machine installation and support.
What You’ll Bring
