Opportunity for Contract Extension or Permanent Position Are you an experienced Quality Engineer or Quality Inspector looking to join one of the UK's leading defence organisations? We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing and product quality activities across complex engineering programmes. Working closely with production teams, you will investigate non-conformances, drive corrective actions, and help maintain the highest quality standards on cutting-edge defence products. What You'll Be Doing Managing product non-conformances from identification through to resolution Supporting manufacturing teams with day-to-day quality activities Leading shop floor quality reviews and investigations Conducting operational surveillance and compliance checks Performing Gemba Walks and product verification activities Supporting continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives Working with cross-functional teams to improve quality performance What We're Looking For Experience as a Quality Engineer, Product Quality Engineer or Quality Inspector Experience managing non-conformances and quality investigations Working knowledge of SAP Strong planning and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving Desirable Experience Defence, Aerospace, Automotive, Rail or other highly regulated industries Manufacturing or production environments Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement activities This is an excellent opportunity to work on advanced engineering projects within a highly respected organisation, offering long-term contract potential and hybrid working.
