Project Manager required for full time permanent Hard FM/M+E Project management role in Southampton
£70,000 pa plus holidays, company pension and incredible employee benefit scheme
Days – Monday to Friday – however there will be a requirement to work pre-planned evenings and pre-planned weekends when required
Purpose Of Role:
- Delivery of hard services FM projects into a commercial building in Southampton (Mechancial and Electrical)
- Planning and scheduling refit, replacement, maintenance and installation of Mechanical and Electrical facilities
- Writing RAMS
- Managing of Contractors
- Southampton
Essential Requirements:
- Very good experience as a Building Project Manager
- Very good experience of delivering Mechanical + Electrical projects in commercial buildings
- Mechanical and Electrical knowledge related to project management
- A Project Management Qualification – APM, PMI, Prince2 etc.
- Willingness to work pre-planned evenings and weekends when required
