The Product Analyst is an embedded consultant-operator responsible for identifying, shaping, and delivering high-impact change across complex digital and operational environments. The role exists to solve hard business problems, redesign how work gets done, and drive measurable commercial outcomes through product, process, and system change. This is not a support or reporting role. The Product Analyst takes ownership of ambiguous problems and carries them from diagnosis through to sustained impact in BAU. What You Will Do Own impact, not tasks Enter complex operational environments where outcomes are unclear and success criteria are undefined Diagnose root causes of performance issues across systems, processes, data, and operating models Design and implement interventions that materially improve commercial, operational, or customer outcomes Act as an internal consultant Frame problems, challenge assumptions, and define what 'good' looks like before delivery begins Work directly with senior stakeholders to align on priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes Translate strategic intent into executable change, then absorb accountability for results Rewire how delivery works Design future-state processes, operating models, and delivery approaches Move work from programme mode into sustainable BAU ownership Reduce dependency on system integrators by simplifying workflows and clarifying ownership Deliver change through product and systems Shape requirements, user journeys, and system changes that enable new ways of working Partner closely with Product Managers, engineers, and architects to implement solutions Own end-to-end delivery including discovery, build, transition, and stabilisation What 'Good' Looks Like Measurable uplift in ARR, cost efficiency, productivity, or customer outcomes Clear movement from ambiguity to clarity, from programme to BAU Stakeholders trust you to run the problem, not just support delivery Background We're Looking For Experience in top-tier or high-calibre consulting, ideally followed by time embedded in scale-ups or PE-backed organisations Demonstrated ownership of outcomes, not just delivery artifacts Comfort operating without clear instructions, defined scope, or perfect data Strong commercial instinct paired with hands-on execution capability Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Vertage Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
