Role: OSP (Offshore Substation Platform) Coordinator
Location: UK Waters - Heli Mobilisation from Norwich - MUST have UK Working Rights

Description:
- Coordinator / Liaison onboard vessel responsible for managing all welfare onboard the Jack Up Vessel
- Main point of Contact for MCC.
- Coordination of relevant vessel activities e.g. guard vessel.
- Coordination of day to day activities with all contractors.
- Prepare day to day works for all lifting operations with contractors and JUV.
- Logistics coordination and management including, manifest all materials to and from the onshore base both in the UK and Haugesund Norway.
- Dangerous Goods Management
- Point of contact for the PSV, GV and Support Vessels for all offshore works.
- Reviewing and adding input to project documents like CPP, ERP and platform inductions.
- Review of Contractors RAMS where necessary
- ATW management and Contractors’ documents review and sign off.
- Planning with vessel, cable, substation & fabrication stakeholders, Commissioning, and other contractors to ensure all works go to plan and on time.
- Manage works offshore when JUV has departed the platform and SOV in use.
- Planning for the offshore phase for all service works.
- Conduct LMRA (last minute risk assessments) prior to ongoing works if required so that the work flow keeps going.
- DPR sent to platform manager on a daily basis.
- Attend daily meetings before the working day starts both onshore and offshore.
- Assisting commissioning onshore and offshore.
- Ensure Contractor and Company compliance with regulations incl. CDM and Company Procedures.
- Point of contact for Incident Reporting during hook-up phase and appointed Emergency Coordinator.
