We are seeking an experienced CSV (Computer System Validation) Contractor to support the delivery of a high‑profile CSV project, ensuring full compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and readiness for external audits. This is a hands‑on, autonomous role ideal for a contractor with strong QA, IS change control and documentation experience. You will work closely with IS, QA, and business process stakeholders to drive audit‑ready documentation, controlled processes, and compliant system validation outputs.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting a full documentation gap analysis and producing the required CSV QA documentation and artefacts.
- Advising on IS change management processes to align with regulatory and internal standards.
- Supporting all audit preparation activities, ensuring complete and compliant evidence packs.
- Designing and implementing a SharePoint Online document management system aligned with GDP requirements.
- Ensuring all deliverables are audit- and inspection-ready for authorities such as MOD.
- Working with IS, QA and business teams to align processes and documentation.
- Delivering CSV/GDP awareness sessions or creating handover materials for internal teams.
- Establishing periodic review and continuous improvement mechanisms.
- Proactively identifying and escalating risks, dependencies, and blockers throughout the engagement.
We’re looking for a contractor with:
- Strong working knowledge of GDP and CSV best practices.
- Proven experience in audit preparation and remediation.
- Expertise in SharePoint Online document control setup and management.
- Excellent understanding of IS change control and compliance requirements.
- Ability to deliver high‑quality outputs with minimal supervision.
