A leading facilities services provider is seeking an electrically‑biased Operations Manager to lead a lighting lifecycle programme and manage emergency lighting remedials across a large healthcare estate. This role requires proven hospital electrical experience, the ability to work autonomously, and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a multi‑year lighting lifecycle strategy, including design coordination and manufacturer liaison.
- Produce technical reports, condition surveys, and lifecycle plans.
- Manage all emergency lighting remedials and oversee reactive and planned electrical maintenance.
- Coordinate subcontractors and supply chain partners to clear backlogs and replace failed assets.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory and healthcare electrical standards.
