About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading global aerospace manufacturing organisation as a Supply Logistics Agent. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient planning, coordination, and delivery of parts to internal and external customers, supporting production schedules and overall operational success.

You will play a pivotal role in managing supply chain data, maintaining accurate systems, supporting capacity planning, and enabling timely parts delivery across the operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of supply chain data to the Operations team.
  • Maintain high levels of system data accuracy.
  • Manage parameters to optimise asset utilisation.
  • Analyse forward load and capacity plans, including Line of Balance updates.
  • Deliver parts to internal shopfloor teams and external customers within agreed timelines.
  • Communicate Parts Supply Enablement profiles.
  • Work collaboratively within a Natural Team environment.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum HNC or relevant professional qualification (e.g. CPIM, CIPS).
  • 2+ years Supply Chain experience (or 3+ years without formal qualification).
  • Strong working knowledge of MRP Planning Systems (essential).
  • Understanding of core supply chain processes.
  • Ability to work onsite in Belfast full-time.

Working Pattern

  • 35 hours per week
  • Mon–Thurs: 8:15am – 4:45pm
  • Fri: 8:00am – 12:00pm (times may vary)
  • Overtime paid at premium rate
