Location: W8 6PW

Hourly Pay: £25.00 PAYE / £31.32 LTD

Hours: 40 per week (Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm)

Are you a qualified electrician with additional skills across other trades? Join our Response Repairs and Housing Repairs team and make a real difference for our tenants and clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Carry out a full range of response repairs, planned works, and voids maintenance
  • Coordinate work activities to meet performance targets and deadlines
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety policies
  • Use PDA equipment to record works in real time
  • Supervise and mentor apprentices as required

What we’re looking for:

  • Fully qualified electrician (18th Edition, C&G Electrical Installation / NVQ 3, JIB Gold Card preferred)
  • Experience across multiple trades is desirable
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence
