Location: W8 6PW
Hourly Pay: £25.00 PAYE / £31.32 LTD
Hours: 40 per week (Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm)
Are you a qualified electrician with additional skills across other trades? Join our Response Repairs and Housing Repairs team and make a real difference for our tenants and clients.
What you’ll do:
- Carry out a full range of response repairs, planned works, and voids maintenance
- Coordinate work activities to meet performance targets and deadlines
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety policies
- Use PDA equipment to record works in real time
- Supervise and mentor apprentices as required
What we’re looking for:
- Fully qualified electrician (18th Edition, C&G Electrical Installation / NVQ 3, JIB Gold Card preferred)
- Experience across multiple trades is desirable
- Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
