Consultant
Carbon60 is seeking a talented and experienced Logistics and Enablement Support professional to join their dynamic client based in Broughton. As the Logistics and Enablement Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient running of the Enablement system for People, Machines, Materials, Methods, and Measurement.
This role is a contract role until the end of March 2026, although there is a high chance that it will be extended.
Due to being a contract role, there are both PAYE and Umbrella rates available.
- Up to £25.00 per hour PAYE
- Up to 33.00 per hour Umbrella
Key Responsibilities of the Logistics and Enablement Support:
- Ensure the designated area of work is prepared to enable the implementation of build demand.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of staff as appropriate to fulfill day-to-day tasks and ensure regular resource planning to align with the enablement strategy.
- Ensure improvements to the safe working environment are driven through departmental objectives and management.
- Ensure LOLER equipment is kept operational and ready for use.
- Support the development of Use Cases for production system deployment.
- Set up Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external service providers.
- Raise orders on Click & Buy and ensure immediate goods receipt on delivery.
- Act as the lead operational customer interface for any industrial system.
The ideal candidate for the Logistics and Enablement Support role will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Excellent understanding of Composite wing builds enablement processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated logistics and enablement support experience in an operations working environment.
- Experience of working with service providers.
- Excellent personal and communication skills.
- High self-motivation and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a development change environment and embrace change as a way of adding value, particularly within a digital factory environment.
