General Duties and Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

- Ensure proper handling of confidential documents.
- Communication:
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Travel & Logistics:
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and transport for staff.
Office Coordination:
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
