An established engineering organisation is seeking a hands-on Build Supervisor to lead the assembly and wiring of complex special-purpose machinery involving mechanical, electrical, and laser technologies.

Location: Oxford

Full-time | Permanent

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and supervise daily build operations to meet quality and delivery targets.
  • Wire and mechanically assemble bespoke machinery using schematics and 3D CAD models.
  • Install pneumatic/electrical routing and conduct electrical testing.
  • Coordinate materials, resources, and build documentation.
  • Mentor and support build technicians while driving continuous improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve build-related challenges.
  • Occasional international travel for machine installation and support.

What You’ll Bring

  • HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
  • Strong leadership skills, with supervisory experience desirable.
