The ability to articulate and defend market-informed commercial positions at senior stakeholder level is crucial. Direct experience negotiating with key offshore wind OEMs or equivalent global suppliers is preferred. A legal or strong commercial background, either through formal training or extensive hands on contracting experience is advantageous.
