HR ADMINISTRATOR
Carbon60 is looking to recruit an HR Administrator to work for a leading Specialised Industrial Service Provider based in Oldbury.
ROLE: HR Administrator
PAY RATE: between £13 p/h - £14.42 p/h
JOB TYPE: Temp for 2 months initially
LOCATION: Oldbury (B69)
HOURS: Full time, 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday, 1 hour lunch, 40 hours/week, office based
THE ROLE:

  • Sending out contracts and revisions, long service awards, resignations, update letters, reference checks, internal bonus awards, month-end reports for birthdays and anniversaries to meet the needs of the business.
  • Responding to queries via call and internal inbox from colleagues within the business relating to employees and HR-related processes.


THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • Previous HR Administration experience is essential.
  • Able to communicate effectively to provide professional correspondence across the business.
  • Able to show resilience and professionalism during difficult and challenging situations/conversations.
  • Essential to have basic skills with MS Office especially Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP).
  • It is highly beneficial to have intermediate MS Excel skills (e.g. comfortable performing VLOOKUP\'s, using other formulas for reports and data analysis).
