SHE ADVISOR
Carbon60 are looking for a Regional HSE Advisor covering the Southwest, from Plymouth to Bristol, central point being Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to join an Electrical Contracting company with great culture of development.
ROLE: SHE Advisor
LOCATION: Plymouth to Bristol corridor
SALARY: £51,000 per annum plus car allowance
JOB TYPE: Permanent

THE ROLE:
- Monitoring SHE performance at Regional and Depot level.
- Reporting to Operational Management on good performance / best practice and deficiencies identified.
- Provision of key support with regards to development and implementation of improvement actions, initiatives, and plans.
- Assisting in the management of environmental responsibility in compliance.
- Investigating accidents, incidents and near misses and sharing lessons learned.
- Reviewing RAMS, CPPs etc.
- Ensuring compliance with UK Health and Safety Legislation/ CDM Regulations / Client standards.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Hold a minimum NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.Experience, knowledge and understanding of the application of SHE management principles and bet practice within an operational environment.
- Proven track record of engaging effectively with stakeholders in SHE matters.
- Experience of developing and improving processes, and driving SHE performance
- Ideally from a construction, Electrical Engineering or DNO background.
