Project Manager required for full time permanent Hard FM/M+E Project management role in Southampton
£70,000 pa plus company pension and superb employee benefit scheme
Days – Monday to Friday – however there will be a requirement to work pre-planned evenings and pre-planned weekends.
Purpose Of Role:
- Delivery of Hard FM Mechanical and Electrical projects in a commercial building
- Writing RAMS
- Management of Contractors
- Planning and scheduling refit, replacement, maintenance and installation of building Mechanical and Electrical facilities
- Southampton
- Very good experience as a Building Project Manager
- Very good experience of delivering Mechanical + Electrical projects in commercial buildings
- Mechanical and Electrical knowledge related to project management
- Willingness to work pre-planned evenings and weekends when required
