Fleet Manager – Hybrid – UK based £50,000 – £55,000 per annum (PAYE) Monday to Friday working hours Permanent Full Time – Hybrid working Main Duties: Responsible for managing the Fleet, which currently stands at circa 400 vehicles including company and grey fleet cars as well as specialized Light commercial vehicles Manage the company’s property portfolio including offices and depots across the UK Overseeing the efficient management of business needs for maintenance and repair of vehicles and property to ensure they are in good working order Developing and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs related to fleet and property management Planning, manage and report on budgets related to fleet and property management Essential Requirements: Proven experience in fleet and property management, with a strong understanding of best practices and industry standards. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team of professionals and drive results. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
