FM Building Maintenance Supervisor – Permanent job – Southampton – £60,000 per annum
Base pay range
- £60,000 per annum

Purpose Of Role:
- Supervision of a small building maintenance team at a commercial site in Southampton
- Carrying out hands-on maintenance work – specifically electrical maintenance and repair
- Carrying out hands-on general maintenance and repair work – basic plumbing, changing a tap, fixing a lock etc
- Completion of administration tasks such as maintenance reports
- Liaison with on-site client
