Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

FM Building Maintenance Supervisor – Permanent job – Southampton – £60,000 per annum

Base pay range

  • £60,000 per annum
  • Holiday and company pension scheme
  • Very good employee benefits scheme including superb high street discount scheme and medical
  • Monday to Friday 08.00 – 5pm

Purpose Of Role:

  • Supervision of a small building maintenance team at a commercial site in Southampton
  • Carrying out hands-on maintenance work – specifically electrical maintenance and repair
  • Carrying out hands-on general maintenance and repair work – basic plumbing, changing a tap, fixing a lock etc
  • Completion of administration tasks such as maintenance reports
  • Liaison with on-site client
