ENGINEERING ADMINISTRATOR

Carbon60 is looking to recruit an Engineering Administrator to work for a leading Specialised Industrial Service Provider based in Southampton.

ROLE: Engineering Administrator

PAY RATE: Β£13.31 p/h, circa Β£27,000 per annum

JOB TYPE: Temp to Perm

LOCATION: Southampton (SO16)

HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday, 7am – 3:30pm Monday – Thursday, 7am – 2:30pm Friday, 30 mins unpaid lunch, 39 hours/week

ROLE:

  • This role is focused on supporting the Flow Valves team on-site.
  • Ordering stock.
  • Inputting hours for front office payroll.
  • Liaising with Engineers on site to conduct data entry, such as loading job cards onto the system.
  • Administration tasks using MS office, primarily Outlook and Excel.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • A good eye for detail and a methodical approach will be required to be successful in the role.
  • Prior strong administrative experience is essential – advantageous if in an Engineering setting.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with overseas suppliers / internal networks.
