Location: Enfield EN3

Contract: 6 Months (Rolling)

Pay Rate: £20.83 per hour (including shift allowance)

Shift Pattern: 5 on / 4 off (Rotating Days & Nights, 12.5-hour shifts)

Shift Details:

  • 5 days on / 4 days off rotation
  • Day Shift: 05:30 – 18:00
  • Night Shift: 17:30 – 06:00

Role Overview

We are hiring a Production Operator to work in a heavy industrial, safety-critical environment. The role involves processing materials (powders, solutions, metallics) to produce samples for testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Material processing (milling, blending, melting, incineration)
  • Produce accurate samples for analysis
  • Follow strict Health & Safety procedures
  • Complete basic documentation and system entries
  • Work independently and use PPE/RPE at all times

Requirements:

  • Experience in manufacturing / industrial / process environment
  • Comfortable in dusty, physically demanding conditions
  • Able to work rotating day/night shifts
