We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a diverse portfolio of project works across customer sites throughout the UK. The role carries full accountability for the end-to-end management and delivery of multiple projects, typically ranging in value from £20k to £2m, ensuring delivery to time, cost, quality, safety, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver multiple projects from feasibility through completion and defects close-out
  • Act as client representative under CDM Regulations, ensuring appropriate appointments and duty-holder compliance
  • Define client briefs and Employers Requirements, developing clear scopes of work and activity schedules
  • Lead consultants, designers, specialists, and subcontractors to ensure coordinated delivery
  • Produce and manage project programmes, identifying and mitigating risks and slippage
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and company governance requirements
  • Manage project-level commercials, including cost control, margin performance, valuations, and payment applications
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress and financial reporting
  • Ensure successful handover of compliant, maintainable assets into business-as-usual operations

Essential Experience & Knowledge:

  • Minimum 5 years’ project management experience within M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments
  • Proven end-to-end project delivery experience
  • Strong understanding of construction health & safety legislation and CDM
  • Commercially astute with experience managing project costs and revenue
  • Competent in recognised project management methodologies

Qualifications (Desirable):

  • Formal Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 or equivalent)
  • NEBOSH, IOSH Managing Safely, and/or SMSTS
