We are currently recruiting experienced Electricians and Electrical Improvers for an exciting project based in the Leicestershire area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast‑paced installation team working on specialist conveyor systems.

The Role

You will be working on the installation, maintenance, and modification of conveyor systems within a commercial/industrial environment. This role requires individuals who are confident working on complex systems and can hit the ground running in a project‑driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation of electrical systems on conveyor lines
  • Working from technical drawings and schematics
  • Cable pulling, containment, and termination
  • Fault finding and troubleshooting (Electricians)
  • Supporting installation teams (Improvers)
  • Adhering to health & safety standards at all times

Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven experience working within a conveyor system environment
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent for Electricians, recognised electrical training for Improvers)
  • ECS/CSCS Card
  • Strong understanding of industrial electrical installations

Highly Desirable (Essential for Electricians):

  • Experience working with Dematic conveyor systems

Preferred (Not Essential):

  • IPAF Licence
