Carbon60 is seeking an AOS Change Agent to join their team and drive continuous improvement across their clients operations. Our esteemed client is based in Broughton.
As the AOS Change Agent, you will be responsible for implementing and enhancing the company's Operating System (AOS) practices, working closely with operational teams to drive process optimisation and efficiency. Your primary duties will include:
- Implementing and improving boards and routines with operational teams
- Providing training and coaching through awareness sessions with teams
- Launching and participating in management go-look-see initiatives, offering structured feedback
- Measuring and reporting on maturity through KPIs, activities, and self-assessments
- Co-facilitating AOS workshops and industrial assessments
- Co-facilitating the development of the company's AOS/MES roadmap and Tactical Implementation Plan
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of AOS standards, global system view, and operational excellence principles. Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and the ability to tutor AOS bricks and MES usage to front-line managers, technicians, and operators is essential. Additionally, you should possess change management skills and the ability to adapt your coaching approach accordingly.
