Carbon60 is looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives to support warehouse and production operations within the Mansfield area.

ROLE: Warehouse Operative

PAY RATE: £14.50 per hour

CONTRACT TYPE: Until 31st December | Monday to Friday

LOCATION: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Note: Forklift Counter Balance License required

WORKING HOURS:

  • Rotating shifts on a weekly basis:
  • 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm

THE ROLE: The successful candidate will support warehouse and production activities within a fast-paced print and mail environment. The role involves stock control, goods receipt, warehouse organisation, forklift and pallet truck safety checks, and supporting production operations to ensure client requirements and turnaround times are consistently achieved. This position is ideal for candidates with warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or production experience who are comfortable working in a busy environment and can demonstrate strong attention to detail, flexibility, and teamwork.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive, check, and book in daily stock deliveries
  • Complete daily stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Update stock information using company systems
  • Liaise with production and client services teams regarding stock levels and stock movement requirements
  • Maintain stock levels of consumables across production and warehouse areas
  • Carry out daily safety checks on forklift trucks and pallet trucks
  • Support warehouse housekeeping and ensure work areas remain clean and organised
  • Assist production teams where required to meet operational demands
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
  • Accurately complete required documentation and records
