Shift Timing: 8 AM to 4 PM

Job Purpose

To carry out routine carpentry repairs, installation and maintenance of fixtures, fitments and fittings in customers' homes and elsewhere in accordance with prescribed work schedules, good building practice and Company established standard procedures set for delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive carpentry repairs in customers' homes.
  • Complete 1st & 2nd fix carpentry work.
  • Install and repair doors, windows, door frames, and UPVC fittings.
  • Perform locksmith work including lock repairs and gaining entry.
  • Carry out fencing, kitchen fitting, minor joinery, and general building repairs.
  • Diagnose issues and complete repairs within set timescales.
  • Support other trades when required.
  • Order and manage materials/tools needed for jobs.
  • Keep accurate job records using mobile or paper systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate updates clearly.
  • Work safely and follow Health & Safety procedures.
  • Be comfortable with lone working and occasional out-of-hours callouts.
  • Attend training and carry out other duties as required.
