Carbon60 are currently recruiting for an Avionic Cabinet Build Technician for a long-term contract.
The contract is to start as soon as possible after a clearance is completed. This contract is based on-site with no shift work but potential for overtime.
The role involves building E-7 mission systems cabinets, including:
- Installing wiring harnesses to cabinet structure and completing final terminations and connections.
- Working in a workshop environment to build mission system cabinets.
- Performing avionics tasks, such as:
- Installation of premade wiring harnesses to wiring specifications.
- Final connections and terminations.
- Installation and bonding of panels and components.
- Support to airflow testing performed on site.
- Recording and certification of work on the MRO IT system.
