Exciting Opportunity - Manufacturing Engineering Serial Process Engineer

Interested in playing a key role in the production of cutting-edge aerospace components? This company is seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineering Serial Process Engineer to join their dynamic team in Broughton. 12 month contract offer the following rates:

  • £30.00 per hour PAYE
  • £40.13 per hour Umbrella

The Manufacturing Engineering Serial Process Engineer Role

As the Manufacturing Engineering Serial Process Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and documenting assembly work processes, creating specifications for assembly tools, and implementing modifications in production. You'll also create and maintain the consistency of manufacturing engineering dossiers with design dossiers.

Additionally, the Manufacturing Engineering Serial Process Engineer will launch parts and assembly items, provide on-site support, and prepare additional manufacturing engineering work instructions for disruptions or breakdowns. The ideal Manufacturing Engineering Serial Process Engineer will also participate in defining the product and its production and verification methods, as well as contribute to industrial work-sharing. You'll propose a Design/Production breakdown to maintain consistency between reference elements, define manufacturing schedules, and specify interfaces.

Requirements for the Manufacturing Engineering Serial Process Engineer

To be successful as the Manufacturing Engineering Serial Process Engineer, you will need strong knowledge of assembly systems, machining processes, and/or manual assembly methods. The company is looking for a curious, creative individual with strong organisational, anticipation, and team skills.

Demonstrated experience with MS Office/Google Workspace and the use of SAP for work preparation is also required.
